EVENT REGISTRATIONS:
• A completed MBV Nomination form must be submitted with payment per event.
• All boxers MUST be registered with Combat Sports at the time of the event.
• All boxers must have in date Boxing Medical for visual inspection at weigh in on event day
• All boxers must have in date blood tests for visual inspection on day of event

We can also email them on request.
If you have an active Boxing Victoria Registration – there will be no charge for Combat Sports registration – just bring your book with in date medical and bloods and we will register you for free.
Records of all registrants will be verified prior to the event and boxers may be eliminated from competition if adequate information is not presented at the first weigh in.
Incomplete registration forms will not be processed until full details have been provided.
If you are not matched for a competitive bout on this event, then your nomination fee will be transferred over to the next event.
In the event a boxer has been found to be untruthful about his / her experience level he / she will be immediately disqualified from the event and will not take further part in the tournament or any future Masters Boxing Victoria Events. No refunds will be offered in this instance.
INTERSTATE BOXERS:
All interstate boxers must be registered with Combat Sports within their state
If you hold no Combat Sports registration we can register you with MBV – as long as medical and bloods are provided
Inter State boxers will be required to request clearance to box from their states Combat Sports Board
EVENT EQUIPMENT:
• All boxers will wear MBV Supplied gloves for the event
• All boxers will wear MBV supplied Headgear for the event
• All boxers must wear a fitted mouth guard to compete (ALL BOXERS)
• All boxers must wear a groin guard for the event.
• You may wear any colour boxing shorts or vest
WEIGH IN / DOCTOR:
All boxers must weigh in on the day of event.
You must ensure you are hitting your matched nominated weight or your bout may not proceed
All boxers must pass the pre-bout medical to be eligible to compete
EXPERIENCE LEVELS – ALL COMBAT SPORTS
All experience declared should include any previous competitive bouts in any other combat sport.
If a person is found to be deceiving, regarding their declared previous experience, they will no longer be able to compete in Boxing Victoria Masters Events.
NO PAYMENT – NO MATCH
PAYMENT: A nomination fee is charged per boxer, regardless of age, weight or experience.
ALL WITHDRAWALS FROM COMPETITION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ENTRY FEE – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PRIOR TO ENTRY.
